How long does it take to ship orders?
99 percent of the time we get orders shipped out the day after we receive payment. If your order consists of items that are marked out of stock, we will wait until they come in to ship. If your order consists of wood items, they are usually shipped 2-4 days after we receive payment.

What is the flat rate box?
If you're ordering a lot of stuff it will probably get to weigh quite a bit and shipping via the flat rate box may be cheapest. Please e-mail us to make sure we can fit it all in the box before ordering! Some examples of what we can fit is about 14 lbs of blue cloud dust, 10-13 lbs of pellets etc.

Where does the crabapple and mulberry wood come from?
All the wood is from trees here, that have not been treated with any pesticides or chemicals. It then goes through a strict scrubbing, boiling, and baking process. Boiling will kill any bacteria, and baking will dry the wood thoroughly so mold is not likely to grow.
